A year in review – Industrial Strategy Progress for UK electrification manufacturing sectors
To meet Clean Power by 2030 and Net Zero we must accelerate electrification, the 2025 program Government now take forward makes this a determining year for our members and the supply chain. We need to grow capacity in the market at unprecedented levels, as well as transform consumer offerings for heat, transport and grid. In doing this we must uphold product and system safety ensuring conformity with standards and legislation whilst integrating digitalisation and keeping sustainability at the forefront of our delivery plans.
We launched our Market Pulse in September 2024 to track delivery in our supply chain and provide clearer oversight of where government support and intervention would be needed to deliver ambitious energy targets. Our event will focus heavily on the market statistics we publish and track and shed light on how well we are doing in the UK to Accelerate Electrification
