Directive 2014/68/EU and Directive 2014/29/EU implemented in the UK

The Simple Pressure Vessels (Safety) Regulations 2016 (SI 2016 No.1092) - These Regulations come into force on the 8 December 2016. They transpose Directive 2014/29/EU on the harmonisation of the laws of Member States and revoke and replace SI 1991/2749.
The Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016. (SI 2016 No.1105) - These Regulations come into force on the 8 December 2016. They transpose Directive 2014/68/EU on the harmonisation of the laws of Member States and revoke and replace SI 1999/2001.
