Mutual recognition of goods report in IMCO

The IMCO Committee considered the draft report on the Proposal for a Regulation on the Mutual Recognition of Goods. The key proposals are to strengthen cross-border cooperation and communication between Member States, to reinforce the Product Contact Points and to establish a Coordination Group to enhance the European value of the mutual recognition principle
