Guide to options for Underfloor Heating within the Green Homes Grant Scheme

The Green Homes Grant scheme started in October 2020. The scheme provides householders with vouchers of up to £5,000 covering two thirds of the cost of certain energy saving measures. Higher levels of funding are also available for low income households.
The scheme is split into Primary and secondary measures. Primary measures include floor, wall and roof insulation and also heat pumps. A subsidy can also be claimed for certain additions to primary measures as part of a measure installation. Underfloor Heating is included as an additional measure that can be installed with low carbon heating.
