Government publishes new guidance on Rule of Origin for UK-EU Trade

BEAMA has just received updated HM Government guidance on Rules of Origin for UK-EU trade under the Trade & Cooperation Agreement https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/rules-of-origin-for-goods-moving-between-the-uk-and-eu
As well as a general introduction, this includes some detail on the process of proving originating status, determination of origin and when insufficient production can prevent originating status. The guidance is a substantial improvement on previous materials.
