Electromagnetic Fields Directive

The Electromagnetic Fields Directive comes into force in July 2016. The EMF Directive is due to be transposed in to UK Regulations by 1 July 2016. HSE have drafted the relevant legislation and consulted on these. The regulations need to be laid before Parliament for a period of time before coming into effect, (if not voted against). However, with the decision to hold a UK referendum on whether to remain in the EU the process of implementing these regulations will be delayed accordingly.
