That’s why BEAMA is working with The Careers & Enterprise Company, who are launching their new, free, self-assessment framework: Employer Standards.
The Careers & Enterprise Company is the national body for careers education in England, supporting schools and colleges to deliver modern, 21st century careers education. Their mission is to help every young person find their best next step.
The framework enables businesses to understand what good careers education outreach looks like. Employers who have already completed the Employer Standards say it is helping them develop talent pipelines, close skills gaps, increase diversity and attract job and apprenticeship applicants.
During this joint webinar with the Careers & Enterprise Company, there will be an opportunity to hear from BEAMA Member company Siemens and other employers about how it has benefited their businesses. We will show you how to use the tool and demonstrate how it will benefit your business.
The webinar will be hosted by BEAMA, with speakers from the Careers & Enterprise Company, and representatives from companies that are already taking part to help close their skills gap.
