Rewatch the BEAMA industry climate commitment launch event which took place on the 11th October 2022.
About this event
Electrical manufacturing industry state commitment to industrial decarbonisation and sustainable product development. As BEAMA launches our sector’s climate commitment the UK manufacturing industry look to engage with the whole supply chain in discussing a way forward for Net Zero, progress that has been made and challenges in addressing complex global supply chains. At a company level Net Zero can only be met with collaboration across the industry and this event is aimed at demonstrating efforts already being made in the UK to facilitate industrial decarbonisation, ensuring the roots of our energy system (technologies and materials) are truly Net Zero from the ground up. This event is aimed at the UK energy sector supply chain (e.g. manufacturers, network companies, suppliers, and those providing component parts and materials into this sector) as well as key stakeholders involved in UK industrial decarbonisation programs and strategies, including UK policy makers.
