The electrical manufacturing industry have come together to state their commitment to industrial decarbonisation and sustainable product development. BEAMA are working with members in building a Net Zero electricity system from the ground up by 2050. ​​

This commitment is for the delivery of sustainable products and operations for the long term.​

  • As a domestic and international businesses, we commit to reducing our own emissions, as well as meeting the needs of the supply chain for the transition to Net Zero by 2050.​

  • We support the application of the most rigorous science-based approached to setting targets in line with a 1.5°C future.​

  • We commit to the delivery of sustainable ‘cradle-to-cradle’ products in our marketplace by 2050.​
